Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The digital treasure hunt and the associated prize packs on offer are open exclusively to Australian-based Dental Assistants, Front Office Coordinators/Receptionists, and currently enrolled students of the Dental Assistant Certificate III or IV courses through any provider.

   • Practice Owners, Dentists, Oral Health Therapists, Dental Hygienists, Practice Managers or staff and professionals outside the eligible categories, may follow along for enjoyment but are ineligible to win prizes.

   • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of participation.

   • Employees of The Rise - Dental Co., its affiliates, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible.
      

2. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, participants must subscribe in order to receive the daily clues required to fully immerse in the fun.

   • Participants must provide complete, accurate, and verifiable contact information.

   • Participants who provide false, incomplete, or fraudulent information will be deemed invalid and ineligible for a prize.
      

3. How to Participate:

   • The Digital Treasure Hunt commences at 6:00pm (QLD Time) on Monday 16th February 2026. The Digital Treasure Hunt closes at 6:00pm (QLD Time) on Sunday 22nd February.

   • Participants must complete all 7 clues, complete a minimum of 1 side quest, obtain the hidden code letters, discover the golden word created by the code letters, and submit the correct golden word via the designated submission method as outlined in the Treasure Hunt Guide.

   • Incorrect Submissions will not be accepted; however, you will be given 1 redemption opportunity which will allow you to rethink your clues and try again. In the event you submit the incorrect golden word a second time, you are out of luck and out of the hunt.

   • Submission received after the closing of the hunt on Sunday 22nd February 2026 will not be considered.

   • The Rise - Dental Co. is not responsible for technical issues, including internet outages, email delivery failures, or social media issues that prevent entry.
      

4. Prizes:

   • There are three (3) prize packs available to be claimed.

   • Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitutions will be made unless approved by The Rise - Dental Co.

   • Winners are responsible for providing The Rise - Dental Co. with the correct personal and postal details required in claiming their prize. 

   • Winners are also responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize receipt.
      

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

   • The first three (3) eligible participants to correctly complete all clues and submit the golden word will be declared winners.

   • Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of contest close.

   • Winners must claim their prize by 6:00pm (QLD Time) on Saturday 28th February to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.
      

6. Conduct & Disqualification:

   • Any participant found cheating, tampering with the digital treasure hunt, or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

   • The Rise - Dental Co. reserves the right to verify and request proof of identity, eligibility and compliance before awarding prizes.
      

7. Intellectual Property:

   • All content related to the digital treasure hunt including clues, graphics, emails, and other materials, is the property of The Rise - Dental Co.

   • Participants may not copy, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior permission and written consent.
      

8. Publicity:

   • By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, social media handle, and/or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
      

9. Limitation of Liability:

   • The Rise - Dental Co. is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the digital treasure hunt or use of a prize awarded.

   • By entering, participants agree to release The Rise - Dental Co., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability associated with the digital treasure hunt.
      

10. Privacy:

    • Participant information is collected solely for digital treasure hunt administration and, where opted in, industry relevant information, updates, and marketing communications.

    • Participant information is kept secure and will not be sold or shared with third parties outside The Rise - Dental Co. affiliates.
       

11. Modification & Termination:

    • The Rise - Dental Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the digital treasure hunt at any time without prior notice.

    • Disputes or decisions regarding digital treasure hunt operation, eligibility, and prize allocation will be managed by The Rise - Dental Co. All decisions made by The Rise - Dental Co. are final and binding.

    • The Rise - Dental Co. is not liable for delays or inability to conduct the digital treasure hunt due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters or technical failures.
       

12. Governing Law:

    • This digital treasure hunt is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Rise - Dental Co. operates.

    • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
